Meet ALLEN
Date of Birth: January 20, 2010
Came to Harmony House: May 27, 2014
Special Needs: Deafness
At about 4 ½ years old, Allen came to Harmony House in May, 2014, from Baotou City Welfare Institute in Inner Mongolia. His medical check revealed a healthy little boy who cannot hear. Lily says he is sweet, really smart and understands a great deal in spite of his deafness.
After a separate evaluation, we learned that Allen would be a good candidate for two hearing aids, and we are working to raise funds for that need. Lily is also arranging for him to be taught by the sweet teacher who was so successful in helping another of our Deaf orphans, Brian, over the last couple of years.

I do have some new info on Allen. He is from Baotou in Inner Mongolia, and Baotou contracts with Lifeline for adoptions.
